Shigemori Geometry

I'm gradually getting around Kyoto to see all the graphic gardens and rock compositions of Shigemori Mirei. It's interesting to me that traditional garden masters don't even consider Shigemori's garden's Japanese since they break so many of the traditional rules and patterns. I on the other hand love them, I like when traditions are evolved and developed; learn from the past but add a new perspective..
